In Charleston/South Carolina, we are developing another multi-family complex: “Atlantic Nowell Creek” comprises a total of 320 rental apartments, split among eight buildings and having a combined residential area of around 30,000 sqm.
The project is part of the Nowell Creek Village waterfront community development. In addition to the planned residential buildings, it will include a number or restaurants and retail units. The complex offers directs access to boating docks, several walking trails, parks and rivers around Daniel Island.
Future residents of “Atlantic Nowell Creek” will also have the use of a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a club room. A dog spa will be available to four-legged residents right on the premises.
Downtown Charleston and Sullivan’s Island Beach are each 15 minutes away by car.
