An urban oasis in the beating heart of Charlotte
In Charlotte, the largest city in North Carolina, we developed a multi-familiy project called ‘Ello House’. The five-storey building has a total of 343 rental apartments and has an attached parking garage.
LoSo Village, located just five kilometres south of downtown Charlotte, is part of a neighborhood that is quickly becoming a vibrant, mixed-use environment. The project offers convenient access to the light rail, South End’s many retail and entertainment amenities as well as a large number of attractive workplaces.
The project includes a resident lounge, rooftop terrace, saltwater pool, fitness center, resident office space, and an expansive dog park.
