An individual mix of national and international trading companies, complemented by a strong food outlet – that is the recipe for success of the Vendo Park brand. Even before it opened, the new Polish Vendo Park – with an area of 2,600 m² – was fully leased. The tenants include well-known retailers in the non-food sector, such as the pet shop Kakadu, Pepco’s, and the newspaper and magazine shop Świat Prasy. The first KiK and Action stores will also open their doors in Świdnica. This offering of everyday goods is complemented by the extensive range of a neighbouring Kaufland supermarket.
The correct choice of location is also a key factor. “We want to give our customers the most convenient shopping experience possible. That is why every Vendo Park is conveniently situated for fast access. The building is built around its own parking lot with about 40 spaces, which allows customers to park close to each of the stores,” Jacek Wesołowski explains the concept.
Trei Real Estate plans, builds and operates specialty retail centres in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia under the VENDO PARK name. The first Vendo Park in Poland opened in 2013 in Nysa. Today the locations include Chełm, Milanówek, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Skierniewice, Łódź and – most recently – Świdnica. In addition to the development of specialty retail centres, Trei Real Estate operates more than 100 commercial properties in Poland that house supermarkets of the Biedronka chain.
