In the north of Jacksonville, we have developed our first multi-family project in the “Sunshine State” of Florida: “The Note” is a four-story apartment building that, in addition to 290 rental apartments, also includes a pool, a fitness center, two courtyards and a dog spa.
Jacksonville is the most populous city in Florida, offers a vibrant culture, the most beautiful beaches on the US East Coast and a strong economy. It is home to, among other things, Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida as well as one of the largest ports in the USA.
The project on Hyatt Road has convenient access to the retail amenities at River City Marketplace, among others. The city center can be reached by car in 15 minutes and the 'Atlantic Beach' in 30 minutes.
