Up on one of the loveliest streets of Prenzlauer Berg, we have developed a classy residential/commercial building

On the site of a former supermarket, Trei has developed a residential/commercial building that divides into 187 rental apartments, a supermarket (EDEKA) on the ground floor and other commercial units. Out of a total of 72 underground car parking spots, 58 are earmarked for residents.

The rental apartments have fitted kitchens, real-wood parquetry and underfloor heating. The majority of them also feature a balcony or patio.

At the centre of the complex lies a leafy courtyard with a play area for the children.

The project was sold to an investor in 2024.
