Kaufland supermarkets located near each store also guarantee customers an extensive choice of groceries. “The rental spaces of our VENDO PARKS were booked out at both sites well in advance of the opening. Unfortunately we were unable to provide a space for all prospective tenants,” says Michael Tauwinkl, Managing Director of Projekt Development and Leasing at TREI Real Estate Czech Republic.
With the two new openings in Galanta and Mohelnice, TREI Real Estate now operates a total of nine VENDO PARKS in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
