Mülheim an der Ruhr, March 21, 2013 – TREI Real Estate GmbH, real estate subsidiary of the Tengelmann Group, celebrated the opening today of the fourth VENDO PARK in Roudnice nad Labem, Czech Republic. This was a follow-on to three successful launches in the previous year - Kyjov (CZ), Jablonec na Nisou (CZ) and Bánovce nad Bebravou (SK). The VENDO PARK in Roudnice nad Labem is fully leased. Well-known international and national tenants such as dm, Takko, KiK, Planeo and CCC round out the broad tenant mix. Commercial offerings will be rounded out by the location of a large hypermarket adjacent to the property.
The VENDO PARK Roudnice nad Labem is located around 50km north of Prague (Czech Republic) and has leasable space of around 3,000 m² and 85 dedicated parking spaces. Its core market area includes some 13,000 residents.
Additional new openings are planned during the course of this year for speciality store centres and VENDO PARKs still under construction in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
