New VENDO PARK opens in Stará Ľubovňa (Slovakia)

Mülheim an der Ruhr, August 22, 2013 – Following the successful opening of the new VENDO PARK in Roudnice nad Labem (Czech Republic) in March this year, another VENDO PARK is to be opened in Stará Ľubovňa (Slovakia) on 22 August. Stará Ľubovňa is situated in north east Slovakia, around 15 km south of the Polish border. “Our tenants will exploit the proximity to Poland by also offering products that appeal to Polish customers,” explained Michael Tauwinkl, Head of Project Development TREI Real Estate.

VENDO PARK in Stará Ľubovňa is the second property in Slovakia after VENDO PARK in Bánovce nad Bebravou, which was opened in November 2012.

VENDO PARK in Stará Ľubovňa has a rental area of over 4,500 m² and 125 parking spaces. It is already fully let. Among the centre’s well-known tenants are dm, KiK, TAKKO, Deichmann, Gate, Nay, Orion, Dráčik and Sportisimo. The range of shopping options at VENDO PARK in Stará Ľubovňa is enhanced by a neighbouring hypermarket.

This October, TREI Real Estate is set to open the first VENDO PARK in Poland, in the town of Nysa. This centre will bring the total rental space offered by VENDO PARKS in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic to approximately 30,000 m².
