An individual mix of national and international trading companies, complemented by a strong food outlet – that is the recipe for success of the Vendo Park brand. The correct choice of location is also a key factor. "Minsk Mazowiecki is a city with great economic potential, it is easily accessible by car and receives a lot of interest from potential commercial tenants," explains Jacek Wesołowski, Head of Trei Real Estate in Poland. Even well before it opened, the new Polish Vendo Park – with an area of 3000 m² – was fully leased. A total of seven shops can now be found under the roof of the retail park. Well-known non-food retailers such as KiK, Rossmann, TXM, RtvEurAgd, Martes Sport and Ziko Apteka number amongst its tenants. These everyday consumer goods are complemented by the comprehensive range in a neighbouring Kaufland store as well as the butcher Zakłady Mięsne Stanisławów, another of the tenants.
In addition to the locations in Nysa, Chelm and Milanówek, the new retail centre in Mińsk Mazowiecki is the fourth property of its kind in Poland. And more will follow: "We see great potential for the Polish market in particular. Up to 40 locations are certainly possible," explains Wesołowski. "We want to continue to push on our retail park concept in future."
