Vlašim is around 60 km to the south east of Prague and has approximately 11,700 inhabitants. An additional 14,000 inhabitants live in the wider catchment area, which has a radius of 15 km. The new VENDO PARK has a rental area of more than 2400 m². Over 50 parking spaces are available to the customers. As with all previous VENDO PARKS, it was fully let even before it opened. In the future TREI Real Estate is planning to advance its international retail park concept. "The high popularity amongst trading partners confirms our plans to implement additional projects. In Poland in particular we see potential for at least 40 locations," says Michael Tauwinkl, Manager of Project Development of TREI Real Estate Poland and the Czech Republic.
